15/30 Point Inspection:  A specific inspection system based on the actual square footage of the property and includes some actual hands-on maintenance services. The homeowner has three options on how often they want their property inspected.

• Every four months
• Bi-annually
• Annually

This service is paid for by the client on a monthly basis.  This fee is based on the square footage of the building, cost of labor and cost of materials. For example, a1700 SF home that is 0-5 years old that is inspected once per year would cost the homeowner $153.00
