Home Maintenance Plan

Exclusive Home Repair Club Membership

                    

Fee of $75 per year   

American Mansions Corporation exclusive home repair club consists of the following four valuable and innovative services for you.

  1. 24 Hour Emergency Repair Service:  We offer 24 hour emergency repair service for your home. Every day, night, weekend, and holiday is  covered. All calls are referred to AMC's computer based register of prescreened, licensed individuals that provide service for AMC in addition to AMC's own staff technicians.  This service enables homeowners to feel more comfortable about the quality of repairs to expect and the reliable service.
  2. Consultant Services:  The annual fee also provides homeowners with one hour of professional consultant services that are designed to help homeowners through: planning repairs, managing accounts, inspecting all repairs, mediating any problems or misunderstandings and educating homeowners on home repairs to ensure they are confident they are receiving the best services.
  3. 10%-15% Discount On Repairs Through Special Group Subcontractor Agreements:  AMC will negotiate the contract and transfer the savings to the homeowner.
  4. Home Maintenance Records:  AMC will maintain a maintenance file record database of all client personal information, repair records, service calls, warranty and maintenance information.

Routine and Preventative Maintenance:

We provide the services required to take care of all of the routine and preventative maintenance necessary to ensure your home is maintained in the best possible condition

  • Regular Inspections of the property for defects due to normal wear and tear
  • 15 or 30 Specific Items maintained
  • Written assessment of each inspection and any maintenance provided

Major Repair and Improvements:  

Reputable personnel trained to provide any type of maintenance you may require from installing new flooring to painting or repairs to major appliances and fixing a roof leak.
